No customer follow-up

<p>I had broken my iphone 6 screen in late 2016 and had it replaced by weFix in Clearwater. i had started noticing that my screen was lifting from the right bottom edge. It had eventuallly lifted to the point where my display became affected. I had taken the phone back to weFix in Clearwater Mall on the 02/03/2017 and asked the store to contact me as soon as my phone was ready. I dropped the phone off at 13:00 and received no call so i went to the store at 17:00 to collect my phone expecting it to be sorted out. I was then told that they dont have stock of iphone 6 black screen so they will temporarily put ona white screen and should have stock the next day and that i would be called. I was not called by the store so i called the store and they mentioned that they did receive stock and that i would be called on Monday. Yet again no call from the store on Monday (06/03) or Tuesday so i called the store and was told to bring in my phone to get repaired. Hopefully this time a proper job is done! </p>
