Never trust them with your phone

I booked my huawei mate 7 in on February 2017 to have the GPS fixed. They quoted me a new main board witch i accepted. When i picked up the phone it was fitted with a single sim main board and my original main board was a dual sim. One of the sim covers was not the same colour as the phone anymore and it was now vodacom locked. I demanded my money be refunded and asked them to fix everything before i will pay again.

I enquired numerous times and was promised every week that it will be done and fixed. It was send to the woodlands branch then to the Brooklyn branch. Brooklyn called to come collect my repaired phone, when i got there it would not even switch on the buttons on the side was broken and everything still the same.

I am today still fighting with them to get my phone back in the working condition it was except for the broken GPS with no luck . Do not take your phones here for repairs you might end up in the same boat as me.
