My phone horror story

On the 17th March I took my phone for repairs at vodashop northgate and there I was referred to Samsung in fourways. It was stuck on secure download. When I got there they asked for proof of purchace which I had because the phone was still under warranty, they told me to take it to We fix which was in the same complex. I was told it needed a new motherboard. When I got to We fix the lady at a counter took the phone in and printed me a document saying the phone will be fixed in 2-4 working days which I signed. When I call to check on the phone on Monday 20th I was told to call on Wednesday. I called on wed and I was told a quote was sent to my email. I explained to them that the phone is still under warranty and they asked for it, i left work early to take it there. When i call again on Thur and Fri I was told they are still waiting for Samsung to approve the process of fixing the phone. Their technician even said i should have taken the phone to william nicol straight at samsung if i wanted the phone to be fixed quickly. A week has passed already and on Tuesday 28th I called and then now I'm told my phone has liquid damage which now was confirmed by the second technician.
So my complain is the 1st guy who checked the phone and quickly send me a quote only said it needs a new motherboard. So after discovering that it is still under warranty they gave it to another technician who is telling me it is liquid damage and sending me photos of some random phone which doesn't have a serial number to show that the phone mine. The 1st guy could have damaged my phone and now they want me to pay more than R1600 which is more than the value of my phone that I bought for R1499. How can they diagnose the phone and go as far as sending me a quote before knoolwing what's the problem and later say its liquid damage after being told it is still under warranty? They only care about making a quick buck not customers. I want my phone fixed and now that I bought a new phone costing me money because I work with a phone at my workplace. I want a compensation of R1,099.00 that I spent buying a new phone which was unnecessary if they've fixed my phone in time. How does Samsung partner with such *********** company that? They are going to loose alot of business because of this useless company calling themselve wefix.

At this moment your apology is not helping me as i haven't received my phone. In fact I need wefix directors direct numbers so that my lawyer can file a lawsuit against this company. I'm sick and tired of this poor service I'm getting. I was sent around to different shops wt my own petrol because I wanted my phone fixed. But for some reason I might loose the phone because they are going to sell it after 90 days, if I don't pay. I want my phone wt certification from Samsung saying that it was fixed properly
