Multiple issues

I have had many issues with this company getting my macbook repaired. Poor communication - received many emails from company to accept the quote but despite attempts to speak to technician it took him 3days to speak to me. Also he informed me he will be able to extract data from my old hard drive. I got my laptop back as a brand new clean laptop...nothing on. After payment for the job i had no communication as to when expected completion of the job would be done. Im a very patient person but if i expect better service than this. I would definitely not recommend this company.
