Missing parts after repair done- Very Dissappointing We Fix
A few years ago took my Iphone 7 to be repaired at we fix in la lucia. When the repair was done, my screen was non functional. Took the phone back to have the screen replaced for a 2nd time and it was done. Now the phone battery has depleted and needed to be replaced so I booked it into Istore. Now istore have rejected my battery replacement as the Battery ***ling is missing as well as the adhesive. I am totally and utterly annoyed that parts are now missing from this phone and the only people that touched this phone was Wefix. God knows how do I now go back as ask for my missing parts which i never wud have realized is missing anyway. Honestly dont ever use them for nay repairs, they cannot be trusted if this is what happens when you need a simple repair.

Furthermore our La Lucia store has was disenfranchised over 4 years ago and at the time of trading they were a franchised owned store. Battery replacements also come with a 6 month warranty after repair. We also understand that you're saying weFix is the only place that worked on your device however this repair was done nearly 4 years ago.

If you took time to ready my complaint, the repair was for a screen replacement not a battery replacement. Your timeline indicated doesnt help me as I am fully aware of how long its been. My concern is that it went for a screen replacement and came back with components missing from the battery? how is that possible? And now you have placed a timeline for repairs yet I will never have been able to raise this to you without someone having to open the device and tell me something is missing.
