Misrepresentation. Misleading at best.

Their website quotes R3499 for a Samsung Galaxy S8 screen replacement. But when I call the Fourways branch I am told that even though the back case is not damaged it has to be included. It "comes like that" and the price is R4299. By the time that I have spoken to a third person (it may have actually been a fourth, after some delay I think the "technician" called for help) I think I am told that the back may not be required but a "gasket" is needed. At a further cost of R199. But I suspect the cost would have ended up as R4299.

Why mislead? I have now elected to use a competitor that is actually about R300 more expensive. Because their price is as quoted on their website. And I feel far more comfortable with them.
