Misleading information and false promises

So two weeks ago i purchased a brand new iphone 6 64gb, seeing as i had IsureFix with my Iphone5 i decided to get it with my iphone6 aswell, i went into the canal walk store and the lady in the store told me that with ISureFix and a Lifeproof cover(This cost R1200) my phone would be safe from anything(its waterproof, shockproof, everything proof) and they would cover if something did go wrong. So i spent R1200 on the cover, did the necessary checks to see if the cover is waterproof before putting my phone in and all was well. <br> <br> Fast forward 2 weeks and i dropped my phone for less than 10 seconds in water and the cover leaked water inside and IFix says that cant repair it and that there was another ISureFix plan that covers replacing phones(All of which i was never told when i signed up with my iphone5 and iphone6) and that the cover leaked is not their problem and theres nothing isurefix will do. I have phoned numerous times asking what IFix plans to do about it because feels like blatant misinformation on their part. Definately misleading.. Id very much like to know what they plan to do about it because no one is returning my calls anymore.
