Mall of Africa Wefix is a ***** up of note.

If I could give less than a star I would. I dropped my MacBook at mall of Africa in April 15th with its cable. It took a month for them to even look at it and give me a quote, which I immediately accepted. Two weeks after receiving the quote I was told they were still waiting for acceptance. It is now end of July. Their wifi has been down for 2 weeks so they cannot clean the device and they have lost the cable and insist I never brought it in. Nearly 4 months to get my device and I’m still ****** waiting. This is despicable behavior and such a lack of professionalism from a company that specializes in technology. I cannot believe what a ******* this is and what a hassle I have to go through to get my laptop repaired and returned with my cable. I’m disgusted by the lazy attitude and the poor service I’ve received thus far.
