Malfunctioning screen and **** parts

<p>I took my iPhone 5 in to iFix Eastgate to get the screen replaced, when I got it back screen wasn't reacting to touch at all. I took it back immediately and now the screen reacts touch but randomly. I try to type and message and it types in random letters, even when I'm not touching the screen or it just won't react at all. The screen also looks and feels like a knockoff part. The home button gets stuck and the colours are washed out. I am now going to have to take it back for a third time but I'm worried that the problem won't be resolved because the replacement part itself is just *******!</p>
