long wait for stock to arrive

I took in my phone to the Northgate branch beginning of the year and everytime I follow up im told to phone the Manager Mario for answers because they dont know when stock will be received.my phoned has been sitting with them since 07/01/2019 and they just dont know when stock will be received this is pathetic service at its best and im never using the northgate branch
