It's not just another repair shop

My Apple IPhone fell into the dog's water bowl on Saturday afternoon, it kept on working for the rest of the day . That evening I tried to charge the phone and the charger port was not working. By Sunday I realised that what my service provider had sold me was definitely not fact but pure fiction. I started realising that I needed to get this phone active a.s.a.p.. At noon I located the Menlyn Ifix Repair shop and met Ashleigh at reception. I fumbled and mumbled about my dilemma and expected her to pounce at the opportunity to book my phone in and make me complete a bunch of papers. This sweet young lady took my phone and had a long look at it herself. She then told me something was stuck in the charger port and she took out a little tool to clean out the perpetrator. After about 2 minutes she disappeared into their workshop and reappeared minutes later to tell me a little plate from one of my chargers had stayed behind in the port. It was expertly removed and my phone placed on a charger. The relief in seeing that phone come to life, I can't put into words. I expected to be treated like a number and want to thank this company for bringing great service to the public,
