iPhone battery change nightmare

<p>I took my spotless iphone to iFix for a new battery. They are apparently professional specialists. My phone now has a screen that does not sit properly inside the casing and the speaker is damaged. The person calling himself a technician tells me that my phone is like a car, and once it has been to a panel beater it's never the same again.... What bull s#%t is this? I would really appreciate if the owner of iFix Centurion mall could contact me and tell me about the accident my phone was in during a battery replacement.</p>
