iPHONE 7 SCREEN REPAIR_ARC - EGPH007026 WEFIX

My husband took his iphone 7 in for a screen repair. They repaired it and all was working 100%. Got home and the screen got cracked again. Not major damage all was still working 100%.

We decided to take the phone back for another screen they repaired the screen again all was good, phone worked when switched on but when my husband phoned me we realised the speaker wasnt working. He took it back straight away and they said they will fix it and get back to us. My husband left the phone there.

We phoned and followed up just to realize that there was NOW more wrong with the phone than just the speaker, they were talking about replacing mother boards and and and....

TODAY after how many weeks we follow up and they tell us, ITS our fault and they cant say everything was working fine because the phone was off which is untrue. We paid about R4000 and bought a screen protector and cover just to NOT have a working phone!!!! EVERYTHING WAS WORKING EXCEPT THE SPEAKER WHICH WASN'T EVEN THE REASON WE TOOK IT IN.

This is not a R200 phone and now we sitting without a phone and who cares NOT WEFIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Branch Manager is of NO help and i will NEVER ever go to that shop or RECOMMEND wefix!!!!!!!!!!!!!
