IPhone 6 Screen replacement Nightmare

Where do i even begin ?

Took my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement at iFix Cavendish in late April (21st to be exact) 2016

Basically they placed a faulty screen on the device which I noticed almost immediately , the colour was completely off and had strange clouding on the screen, as well as it seemed like the back light was shining through a gap where the screen had lifted ( on the lower middle LEFT SIDE of the device ). The sales assistant told me this was due to when I had droped my phone and that the clip inside must have broken upon impact ( my back casing does have numerous bumps on the edges so I just assumed this was correct ) However she still promised a replacement due to the clouding and colouring , and recommended a new back casing - which i declined .

They replaced the faulty screen two to three weeks later as they were awaiting stock . All was fine and well until i noticed that the screen began lifting again as I got it back after the second replacement ! and now it was lifting in the top RIGHT HAND SIDE and not the Lower middle left hand side (where i was told i must have bent the phone or broken the clip) so how did the bend or breakage literally swop positions ? That is impossible and judging on the research i have done, can only be due to your own poor service or poor quality screen !

I took the device back to iFIx Cavendish today, and the technician opened the device, looked inside and said that the *****s where loose .He then closed the device, leaving the screen even worse and more lifted than before , and the sale assitant told me it would be R199 for him to open the device up and tighten the *****s. - So much for the "Lifetime warranty" on all your repair work ?

WHY did he open the device just to close it again and then have to open it again once i had been charged ? i refused to pay and they sent it back as a rework - waited an hour for the device only to get it back and have the EXACT same problem . slight lifting in the top right hand corner . and once again im told the same story that the back cover is bent etc etc .

My question is HOW is it that prior to my screen replacements from IFIX there was no bending and no lifting and virtually no problem with my phone despite the fall or bumps ? Even when I cracked the screen there was ZERO lifting from that impact ? how is it possible for the bending and "broken clips" causing the lifting to literally swop sides ?

What is worse ? I got my phone back today and upon further examination there are two deep scratches on the screen as well as what appears to be a stress mark in the middle of the screen - which were NOT there before I took it back !

I have literally been into iFix Cavendish atleast four to five times since April , and this has been a constant reaccuring issue . Screen replacements are not cheap, yet the parts and service seem to be ! I am so frustrated and completely over it . Your service is horrible and i will never recommend you to anyone else ever again . What a waste of money .
