Inserted someone else's old battery into my iPhone 5S, and **** about it to my face…

<p>I took my iPhone 5S to the Woodlands Boulevard weFix shop for a basic battery replacement. When I picked up my phone, I insisted on my old battery [just to make sure they actually replaced it]. With a sullen look they eventually gave me the phone as well as the old battery. However, later I realised the new battery was malfunctioning... </p> <p>Very patiently I took it back three times on three separate occasions. Each time they said they would 'test' the battery and replace it if they found a fault. Not surprisingly they never found a fault and never tried to remedy the situation by trying another new battery. </p> <p>Finally I gave up, and asked for a refund!</p> <p>THEN the register attendant took my phone to the technician and said they would test it once more. After 30 min she returned and said they took out their battery and inserted my old battery. Obviously this was an utter lie! Since my old battery was at home, safely tucked away in my miscellaneous drawer, this must have been someone else's old battery...</p> <p>The deception and dishonesty infuriated me. They simply took advantage of the situation, ****, and never apologised! Looking back now, I'm assuming the first battery was probably an old one too.</p> <p>I definitely do NOT recommend weFix at all.</p> <p>PS. it has been three days and i still have not recieved my refund.</p>
