*********** technicians that damaged my phone @eastgate
I took My iPhone 6 for repairs, I was replacing my damaged screen. They told me to fetch it the following day, when I fetched it the follow day, repair was done but only the home button was not working, the technician decided to repair the phone but not check it after repairing it, when I collected my phone another technician checks it to discover home button doesn't work, the second technician opens it again, then concludes that my home button won't work, I was angry and refused to take a half done job then we decided to leave the phone again, came back the next day to find the technician who worked on it, he claims he didn't check it because the battery was low, lol. Then he decides to change it to another screen, then my home button and Touch ID no longer works, this technician wanted me to replace my home button ribbon for R550, I went crazy. They decided to do it for free, they told me to come back after 30mins to collect my phone, after 30 mins this technician still can't fix it, Touch ID not working properly, home button doesn't work, now they want to refund me my screen repair money but they already damaged the phone further, the audacity! There's no manager in store, just friends working together, no authority at all. I want my phone fixed, I'm not taking any refund, I want it fully repairEd, I'm not paying extra for anything. They must find new technicians who can actually do their jobs and not lazy, busy skipping quality check steps because they had to go home, what nonsense is that
