Impressed with handling of new process - WeSwitch

So impressed with Eugene at the Canal Walk branch. The store was new to the WeSwitch process and I’ll informed by head office but Eugene managed the process very well. He went above and beyond to ensure that as a customer I was happy with the processes followed and managed an unknown situation with confidence to ensure client satisfaction. The situation was promptly resolved by Eugene and Eugene even called to update me with the progress. Thank you very much.
