Impressed By The Attitude of The Manager AT Canal Walk

I was really impressed by the attitude and professionalism displayed by the manager at Canal Walk-Bernadette Chiwala. My phone was partially fixed because other parts were not ordered. This took almost two months, I was furious but the manner in which which empathised with me during the process, I was really impressed by her managerial qualities. Often I will take to hellopeter to register my displeasure, so having had a good service thought I could also complement the good work she did.
