iFix Stellenbosch's Awesome Service

I booked my iPhone 5 in for a screen repair. The repair was done within 8 hours. Straight after the repair I noticed my speakerphone was faulty and very unclear on outgoing and incoming calls. I took my phone back as it was in a working condition before I gave it in and I was certain the screen repair damaged the speaker in some way. The staff were very accommodating and a special word of thanks to the technician, Rudolf du Plessis. He personally took charge of the situation and promised in a very delightful manner that he will sort it out. I received an email less than 3 hours later stating that my phone was ready for pick up. I picked the phone up and all was in perfect order.<br> In an environment where iFix staff deal with difficult and emotional customers on a daily basis I felt the need to share my experience. it was quick, easy and a pleasure. I will never take my phone anywhere else if fixing is needed.
