IFIX Clearwater worst service ever

<p>i had a problem with my samsung s4 last year August and it went to IFIX Clearwater to repair which they couldn't do so after much fighting and Hello Petering, I recieved a new phone from IFIX in September, then on Monday this week i cracked my screen on the phone so i went into IFIX Clearwater to enquire about replacing the screen, athough the phone is only 11 month old, the lady told me that it was not under warranty and the cost of the screen was R2200, as i have never liked the phone i elected to buy another phone but asked if there was any way of getting my info of the old phone, this would mean i was told by the "expert" fitting a new screen to unlock the phone then transfering the data to another samsung device, she said this could be done and it would cost R249 so i agreed, my wife took the phone and my tablet into them yesterday and upon collecting it she spoke to the area manager Richard who happened to be there about the warranty and he told her that the phone should still be under warranty and they could replace the screen for free, great so i bought a new phone for nothing? he promised to find the jobcard from last year and come back to her, still waiting? then finally to add insult to injury when i turned on my tablet to which they tranfered the data from my phone i found that everything that was on the tablet prior to them tranfering the phones data has been wiped back to factory settings! all i can say *** how is it you idiots call yourselves "Repair Specialists" you now owe me a new screen, a refund for the phone i bought and a data recovery for my tablet.</p>
