I cannot take this anymore!!! *********** people!

I was advised by Samsung in Fourways Crossing to take my phone to WeFix in Clearwater since Vodacom was so pathetic, so I did and if the phone was still on warrantly it would be fixed at no cost unless it was my fault then they would give me a quote before anything needs to be paid. I took my phone in on the 19th of February 2017 at 13:57. On the 20th of February I got an sms that they are still awaiting stock, Ok cool. On the 27th, same sms. On the 8th of March, same sms. Then on the 9th of March they called me advising they recieved stock but it was faulty so they had to re-order, that was on a Thursday. i asked the gentlemen if I had to wait another 2 weeks to get feedback but advised he would call me by Monday before 12pm and the phone would be fixed and that was the end of the conversation. No talks of quotes! . On the 16th of March, the phone was being diagnosed. A month later, my phone is still not back . So I took it to twitter and tagged Vodacom for their useless service as well as Samsung and Wefix. Samsung was not much of a help besides telling to go to Samsung care and wait for another month I'm sure. Wefix advised they would follow up. On the 20th I receive dan sms saying the job has been assigned to an engineer. Today I received an sms saying "The repair for your samsung SM-G920 FZDAXFV is now completed and it is ready for collection from IFIX REPAIR SPL. Here I am excited to get my phone, I get there and the lady asks me if I accepted the quote qhich I advised her I was not given any. She goes to confirm with the technician and comes back to tell em the phone is not ready and they would contact tomorrow before 12 (Which I have been told that before but was not contacted). I am so ****ed and frustrated cause it seems to be one mess and bad service after the other. First it was Vodacom, now WeFix. If they are unable to fix the phone why can't they just say. Why was I not told how long it would take to get the phone fixed? what I signed clearly says waiting time is +- 2 - 3 working days. and with regards to quotes it statements "Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to R149.00 consultation fee if not accepted. Repairs quote under R500 will continue without client confirmation, unless otherwise specified". So since I was not advised anything regarding that, I assumed it was either covered by Samsung since the phone is still under warrantly and I had provided proof (Receipt of purchase) when I took the phone in or the amount needed to be paid would be less than R500. Can someone be useful for once and assit me?! Or I will have to take this further!
