I am not happy with WeFIX

I took my iPhone XR to WeFix Menlyn for screen repairs. iPhone XR is water resistant and with the original screen I could swim with the phone and nothing could happen to it. After WeFix replaced the screen, I accidentally dropped my phone in water (Not even for a minute).

My phone died instantly. When I took my phone back to WeFix they told me it is water damaged and will no longer be fixable. Only then they tell me that they use generic parts and not original iPhone parts. They should have warned me at least that my phone will no longer be water resistant mxm.

I AM NEVER FIXING MY PHONE AT WeFIX.
