Hire competent staff, please.

WEFIX Waterfront - The most SHOCKING service i have ever experienced. IPhone 8 went in for repair with a small crack on the back of the phone. over a week later; everything has been replaced with cheaper parts? Front screen wont clip in properly, trying is near to impossible, vibration motor is faulty and i got told they accidentally broke my home button and have to wait for a new part. one employee told me she doesn't answer the phone while its broken - the other employee wouldn't get off the phone to help me. A simple fix turned into a nightmare - thanks WEFIX!!
