<p>My phone had been broken by one of the technicians and there was disciplinary action taken I was told. Nadine at weFix was very helpful in contacting the regional manager to get approval on my replacement phone.And Rieshkah who actually gave me my replacement was great.What a lovely lady.I even got a cover and screen protector from them free of charge.Thankyou!!</p>
