Handset Repair

My iPhone 6s screen broke on the 10 February 2017 which I only had the device for four months I had my screen repaired by wefix in somerset mall on the 3 of March 2017 I had no issues with my device up until most recently on the my handset froze at first which was odd on the 23rd of September 2017 my phones screen blacked out there was still sign of life on my handset as I tried calling which it rang as normal but the screen was blacked out i took the handset back to wefix as it was under the one year warranty I booked my handset in at approximately 11:32am at the same branch where it was repaired I was told it would be fixed with in three hours at 2:32pm which marked the three hours given there was no response I only received a text from wefix store at approximately 5:15pm stating that my hand set was irreparable and it was ready for collection I went to the store which where I was told the motherboard of my phone was burnt and they couldn’t fix my phone I asked them how can a phone which is less than a years motherboard be damage no one could answer me I than requested to speak to the store manager which wasn’t in the store i failed to understand how could a store operate with out anyone in charge no one to make sure customer who had issues were correctly delt with to my knowledge under (labour law and consumer act ) there should a manager or his / her second in charge which there was no one at all I asked who do they report to at the end of business I was told he knows as if it’s kiddies store instead of a professional business company. I than requested the manager to get in touch me with me regarding this issue then I sent the store manager an email complaining about the issue I took it upon my self to contact istore and find out the true reason behind the phones motherboard being burnt as they said I was advised that there’s two possibilities either water damage or faulty equipment where I explained to them the position I was in and what occurred they clearly told me that it could be the phones screen that may have caused the motherboard to be damaged which where they stated when the motherboard burns the entire phone shuts down so the screen blacking out was the first sign that the screen caused the issue. On the 27 of September 2017 I than received a call from the store manager(Jean Bezuidenhout) which where I explained to him what occurred and what I was advised we ended the call when an agreement with him sending my handset away to get this issue sorted out which where he promised to give me a call the following day with an update which never occurred today on the 3 of October I than receive a call from Jean the store manager stating there’s nothing that can be done on the handset and they tested the screen on other devices it works perfectly fine I than continued to ask him so now who’s at fault he clearly told me not them and carried on to stating that I can than take further steps if I wanted to . My iPhone warranty falls away once my handset get opened else where than istore I’m sitting with this issue on my hands where wefix isn’t taking responsibility regarding this issue . I’ve been treated as if they doing me a favor where as I’m a paying customer I feel as if I was white I would have gotten better treatment than what I received from wefix the manager sends me an email cc all the heads of departments and the owners saying thanks you for dropping the call not mentioning the entire reason for me dropping the call while he bluntly told me to take further steps he plays innocent I’m disgusted by the treatment that I’ve received with no one wanting to take ownership of the issue at hand all I want is to get my handset fixed I’m not asking for much .
