Guarantee not honored

I had my cellphone screen replaced by them in January. They gave me a 1year guarantee on the screen. Less than 3months later the screen does not respond to touch. In the store today they pointed out some light surface scratches, that I was unable to see. They insist that the scratches are there.

This is very poor service which indicates to me that they were never planning to honor this guarantee.
