Formally called iFix now weFix, seeing that they can't do it alone now "we" have to fix it after they broke it!

Earlier this year my iPad fell, screen broke. We took it to iFix (changed name to "weFix" since then) and they gave us the most laughable service in South Africa.

We paid for a new screen, they "inserted a new screen" and now the iPad picks up touches on the screen, even when the screen wasn't touched. Basically, the screen was inserted wrong and its sensors are messed up.

We took the iPad back to them and they agreed that it was a fault on their side and fixed it (without us having to pay again). They phoned us, said it was fixed and we went to get it. When we arrive, the manager asked the employee to show him the iPad and the manager said that the iPad is in fact not fixed and thus we drove to them +30 mins, for nothing. Went home and 2 hours later they phoned to say it was fixed.

Once we finally got the iPad back, it was even worse than before. The screen's sensor picks up even more 'touches' at random times which makes the iPad useless for any work-related tasks, any task for that matter.

Thus, this business is totally garbage and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.
