FNB Connexis Phone repair
<p>I took my phone in for screen repair in December 2016, It was only a cracked screen. I was told it will cost me approx R400. I only got the phone back in middle February and was informed I must now pay R1300 because the price increased. I received no quote of this before the repair was done, but I paid R1150 at a discounted price. I got home and now the charger port does not work and apparently the motherboard is also packing up. I took this phone there with nothing wrong but a screen crack. It has cost me more than quoted and now there is also additional issues which was not there initially. I am waiting for another month now to find out exactly what the problem might be with still no quote. I would like to mention that I promoted this business when they opened at clearwater and now this is the kind of business I am dealing with. Not impressed at all and would like to actually take them to the CPA for how they are treating this customer.</p>

Good feedback received and phone was in good working condition second time around. The wefix social media complaints department is commendable and efficient, I wont say the same about the store staff. But overall the bad experience was made better and I would like to thank them.
