Terrible service provider,they not fit to be in the service industry.I booked my phone in for a battery replacment .The new battery drained faster than than the old battery,We fix then says the phone is unrepairable due to the board being faulty.First of all how do they assess devices and test devices,have they not heard of stress test.I then collect my phone and ask for a refund,only to be told that my old battery was sent to cape town ,which the manager then agrees to out another battery in order for me to use the phone.I try using the phone and its in a worst state prior to the battery issue.They agreed to replace the battery so that i can use the phone and i am still waiting for my phone.I will never use them,their service is pathetic
