Feel cheated & sub-standard customer service
Feel somewhat cheated after trading my iPhone and then purchasing a new iPhone with some accessories. Got way less for my traded phone than what was quoted. I waited more than 12xdays to actually get paid in a voucher, it was just an unpleasant experience overall. Their reasons for the lower offer was very vague. Won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them.
