Faith Restored - 4.5 rating

Ultimately, WeFix did live up to their company slogan 'We Make It Better'. My only reason for submitting a 4 rating (closer to 4.5), instead of a 5, is because I was not happy with the initial repair carried out on my device. However, before taking to any complaints platforms I contacted the company directly and voiced my disappointment. The Customer Service Manager, went above and beyond my expectations in resolving my issue, fixing my device and living up the company slogan 'We Make It Better'. I would like to thank the Technician who carried out the excellent repairs and the Customer Service Manager for her courteous and helpful approach in resolving my concerns. I am most grateful to have a fully functioning device once again, thank you WeFix. JD
