Failure to communicate and to repair devices
On the 8th of February 2016 I took 2 Samsung devices for repairs at iFix Repair Specialists located in the Pavillion Mall within a Samsung branch. I was not quoted on the day and was given an impression that the quote as to how much the repairs will cost will follow within 7 days. However; this has not been the case. I have made several attempts to verify the costs and the time-frame in which the phones will be ready for collection. To my disappointed however; whenever I call; I get transferred from person to person; and whoever I end talking to always gives me an assurance that they will respond to my query via email or through a call as they have my contacts details. Today is the 16th of March; and a month has lapsed without receiving any communication or feedback from them. My Job numbers are as follows: PN02582S and PN02583S. <br> I am getting a bad attitude from people I talk to; not giving me a sense that they want to resolve or even repair the devices. They show no appreciation of the fact that already the two numbers belonging to these devices have been deleted by Vodacom due to non usage. They are not sensitive to the fact that we have 2GB worth of data wasted. Please help.
