Extremely poor service
I took my iphone 4S for a battery replacement. I was quoted R900 for a new battery. I later checked the website and the listed price for a new battery is R399. Furthermore, upon trying to book in the phone, the attendant requested that I remove the back cover of my phone to provide her the IME number - a clear indication that she has no knowledge on apple products as the back cover can't be removed.
