Exceptional Service!

Ifix's service is efficient, professional and this day of age where cell phones are everything, they understand and repair the devices quickly. I am not insured with ifix (I highly recommend it going forward) but I cracked my iphone6 & after repairing it with a new screen all seemed well. Unfortunately my iphone screen lifted 3 times subsequently and each time they replaced the whole screen again at no cost. I was understandably frustrated with the amount of times I had to take it in & know that it is a common fault even amongst new iphones and ifix were doing their best. The original screen replacement was the only thing I purchased but as many people were bringing in their phones to get fixed, there were periods where I had to also wait for more stock to arrive. The stock controller Tumelo Dipheko approached me on my 4th visit and asked my story and what had happened. She seemed concerned & I thought nothing of it as all the staff were courteous and professional. After the fourth replacement the fingerprint scanner stopped working so they got me a brand new iphone6! I am so impressed I am speechless!
