Excellent service every time

Ever since November when I dealt with iFix for the first time, I have received nothing but the best service from them! From the time I walked in to the store, to the constant updates regarding my phone, to the actual repairs and the time time to do the repairs. IFix has never disappointed, and this time was not an exception. My phone screen cracked and was taken in on Friday evening. On Wednesday I phoned and the phone wasn't ready as I understand they were waiting for stock on the screens. I explained to Ntokozo that I am going on holiday on Thursday so something needs to be done! Believe it or not, Thursday at 9am I receive a call to say the phone will be ready by 12 and I could collect before I left for my holiday! IFix keeps customers smiling.
