Drone Repair - next time would go somewhere else

Took my son's drone in 1 May for repairs. Waited a week for a quote and promptly accepted and paid. It is now over a MONTH and the drone is still not fixed and I don't get any response from Tyger Valley wefix as to when it will be fixed. If WeFix wants to advertise themselves as drone specialists and DJI partners they BETTER get their act together.
