Dreadful service Wefix Mall of Africa
When looking for the shop address I read a very bad report from Wefix Mall of Africa, & now I know why. I got to the shop on the 3rd of December 2020 at around 09:15. The guy behind the counter was so engrossed with his cell phone that he got a fright when he realized we were standing at the desk. I then ask if I can get a quote on a damaged cell phone. He looks at me & say "there is nobody here that can help you, but I should come back in an hour, or so, & the technician should be here". When I asked if he was sure he would be there at 10:00, he just shrugged his shoulders & went back to looking at his phone. Dreadful attitude & service, I will never go back!!
