Dont use Wefix Woodmead

I have on few occasions used Wefix in Buitensigel in Cape Town with excellent service, which is why now that I have relocated to JHB and had issues with my iphone went to Wefix Woodmead to get it repaired. What a disappointment in comparison.

They have had my phone for x2 days for repairs for a battery & screen replacement - the email update as of yesterday 6 pm saying that parts have been ordered. Today at 12:15 I sent them an email, the only way to get in touch with them at the store because if you call the number advertised on site you get a prerecorded message that they are busy repairing your phone.

In the email I at first asked if it would be ready for tomorrow for collection - with no response. My boyfriend also tried contacting them. No response and I have again at 14:35 just sent another email, asking for feedback as my phone is also used for work as I work from home. Will be surprised if I actually get any feedback.

I would NOT recommend Wefix Woodmead at all. Terrible service.
