Don't take your Drone to WeFix - *********** Staff

I never thought I'd get to do this, I have used wefix before and had no problems but DONT TAKE YOUR DRONE TO THEM.

Earlier this year in March I tool my Phantom 4 Pro to them after flying it for a month, it has a problem with the camera. They returned it to me claiming it was fixed [June] I returned it to them because it wasnt a day later. 3 months went by no response no communication, they returned it to me claiming it was fixed [August] . I returned it back to them again because It wasn't fixed at all and the issue was there the same error and a different issue altogether had cropped up. [September] I get my drone back with the same Issue same error and the new alert that had cropped up still there. I moved to JHB and since it was initially fixed in CPT, I had to shipped it back to CPT to fix the damn thing.

November came, I kept on bothering them to get me an update. Finally in DECEMBER! They tell me I have to pay R17-000 because its a Gimbal thats wrong. I tell them I cant because the drone is under waranty I had only flow it for less than a month and in the time I sent it in had their technician knew what they were doing they would have known and claimed it off warranty. They are persisting I pay yet its their *********** stuff who don't know how to fix drones. Its been a YEAR without my drone and besides the amount I have to pay being equal to getting a new drone altogether I dont even think they are sure of what they are talking about.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRONE TO WEFIX. Go to DJI directly.

Good day Nerudo

Please note that we are DJI's repair partner in South Africa. They are the ones who advised as that your gimbal is out of the warranty set by them - it is not a decision made by weFix to not do the repair. We have advised you of every possible repair option in attempts to assist you as best as we can for as little as possible baring in mind that it cannot happen completely under warranty.

We apologize for being unable to assist you further than this.

Sincere regards and best wishes for the new year,

Giselle Nareen for weFix

You falsely claimed to have fixed my issue 3 times! Over the course of this year. 2 of the times you returned my drone it was within DJI’s warrant period! Had your diagnosed the issue correctly the first time it would have been replaced. The option you are giving me of paying 17 000 rands is not an option I will take as it is not my fault to have brought my drone in for you to fix. Expecting me to pay is wrong, when there is clear evidence the issue was raised by me well in months before the warranty ran out. Your technician claimed the issue was fixed and there are records to prove it was never fixed.
