Don't go to weFix, EVER

About 3 months ago I had a problem with my phone, I took the device to weFix to see what the problem was. They gave it a clean etc. anyway, about a week later the same problem arose again, so naturally I took it back. I then waited for 3 WEEKS to get my phone fixed because they had to ship parts and what not. Now after 4 weeks of waiting weFix has the audacity to tell us they will not fix the phone. You know why? Here is what they said: "you have already had this device looked at someplace else." Mind you that I came to THEM the first time to get it fixed, not somewhere else. I cannot believe how unorganized they are, do they not keep tabs on who their previous customers are? This is officially week 5-ish of waiting for my blasted phone. Thanks weFix for absolutely nothing.
