Don’t ever use WeFix

Going WeFix Menlyn has been a mistake!! It’s been two weeks waiting for repairs to my MacBook Pro. I’ve talked to Faith and was promised a call back that I’m still waiting for one week later. I was also promised a call from Sipho which never happened. I called the store for the fourth time today and was told they are awaiting parts, I asked how long this would take and was told one to two weeks. That is exactly what I was told the first time I spoke to Faith over one week ago. So it seems no matter how long I wait, my repair will always need another one to two weeks, I guess that’s the standard company line for “I don’t know”. I will never use this company again. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. They don’t have the decency to call you back after making the promise to do so!!! I’ll be picking up my machine and taking it elsewhere.
