Dishonest WeFix

I purchased an Apple new screen replacement which was valid for a year. The purchase was made online and when I was ready to have my screen replaced I discovered that all wefix branches have closed down in KZN. I tried numerous methods to get into contact with someone and there was no luck until I DM’d them on Instagram. They apologized and advise that I will receive my refund within 10 days . It is now 17 days and I still haven’t received my refund and they are now ignoring my messages as well. It’s been a hell of an experience and I am really disappointed with the dishonesty from Wefix.
