Disgusted on how you milk out clients money on things they never signed for

Took my phone in for a battery repair and my quote stated that the battery needs to be repaired and i was given a time when to come and collect the phone. a few hours i get a call to tell me the phone is ready for collection and my charge is R499, and i asked when i left the shop you stated that the battery replacement is R250 now what is the extra money for, and rudely the sales lady and the technician said we also did a software update on your phone which needed to be done and if you don't want the phone to work i will reverse the software update. and i said to them i signed for a battery replacement and nothing more or less and they had no answer for me therefore i paid for money/quote that i never signed for.

My feeling on this is that WeFix people will use the opportunity to charge clients extra for things one did not agree on and they have an attitude about it that if you don't want it your phone will not work, sadly i don't even know why i used them as i always use the apple doctor or istore.

I am disgusted on how WeFix wants to milk out money from clients on things we never signed for!
