Disgusted at the service recieved by Wefix.

A few months ago when I did visit the store to inform them that my charging point was loose and I would like for it to be repaired, the technician mentioned to me that it was not my phone but it was instead my USB cable and there for I replaced it.

The replacement of USB cables went on for numerous months until 9th of August 2017, I went back into the store and I did speak to one of the Consultants, they mentioned to me that it was not my charging point and how it was just my USB cable. I informed them that as a customer who has a warranty on board and screen replacement, I would like my board to be replaced. Much discussion had taken place with regards to this, eventually on the 18th of August 2017, they telephonically agreed to replace the board and informed me that it is a designer fault and I would continuously have this problem.

I gave Wefix the go-ahead to change the main board on my phone. A few hours later, on the 18th of August 2017, I received an SMS stating that my device was ready to pick up. When I called in to ask how the board was changed so quickly, when there was stock of main boards for the Huawei P8 (as mentioned on the call earlier when I gave the go-ahead) , the consultant mentioned to me that they have requested and received it from another branch. Satisfied with the quick service, I went today which is the 20th of August 2017, after making a phone call to confirm that the device is ready and the main body is changed to which I have log details, the consultants that I spoke to agreed. Satisfied and eager I picked up my phone. At 7:30 PM, 20th of August 2017, I try to put my phone on charge only to find out that the main board was not changed and just the charging point was compressed. I am disgusted by how the consultants and the technicians have **** to me and I expect Wefix to make good on their word.

Thank you very much for your speedily response. I and dealing with the Gateway weFix branch. I have requested to be seen tomorrow with my device by the main technician and by the technician who has supposedly repaired my phone. The manager, Cherise, has been of much help and has been responding to me telephonically and via email. I have also emailed an image of the indent on my charging point to we fix and they have emailed back, that the image is unclear and that they are unable to see it. https://m.facebook.com/story.php... Above is link to which you can see the image that was posted on Facebook and is the same image that was sent via e-mail to weFix. As you shall notice, the top of the charging point is not straight and does have an indent, so it looks as if it was simply compressed. I have also requested for the consultant to email me whether they have received a brand new board for me or whether they have used an old board, repaired it and placed it in the device I received.
