DISAPPOINTMENT SERVICE AND QUALITY

I replace my screen as well as my back cover at iFix in Menlyn.It was last year Oct.My screen is not working again and now I have to pay R2500 to fix it.The apple at the back of my phone is lose(since I received it back). My screen is lifting up from the back cover (I notice it in Nov).It looks like its not properly glued or stick!I got the recommended steel cover and glass protect.Let's be honest.All phones fell.Accidents do happened.Maybe the fact that my screen is lifting up is why my screen is not working now.Yes my phone did fell and I do understand their warranty. The screen is not probably glued to the back cover!It is almost 6months after my 1st repair.I did not go back to them or complaint!I don't always have time.My own fault!They are suppose to make sure the product is fixed!I paid half of what my phone is worth to fix it the first time.I really did expect better quality!My phone was fine till last night.It frozen and I lock it.Now it is not working!
