Disappointed by ifix staff

On my first visit to an ifix store, the one in Menlyn, I asked them to please clean my Macbook after I recently spilled coffee on it. It is in perfect working order, as a precaution I just wanted it to be cleaned. The lady who works at the shop could not give me an estimate of much it would cost, saying if I dont pay I cannot expect anything. She was generally dismissive. I asked if it would be possible to get a quote and she said that will not be possible. I think the general attitude of staff at this store is shocking. I will never return, needless to say I went to the iStore instead and received great service from them.
