Deceptive + Bad Support

Completely miss-leading. They list "prices" on their website for what repairs will cost that seem way too good to be true, of course they are. After calling them to find out what the real prices were a woman advised me that there are "A lot of hidden costs" and refused to even give me a ball park estimate on a simple battery change. Rather take your business that works with customers instead of deceiving them and aims to be transparent.
