Cell C repairs

is we fix authorised to do repairs under warranty for Cell C ?

Good day.

We are unfortunately not for Cell C in particular but if you have a Samsung device which is under warranty and need of repair then yes, since we are the authorized repair centre for Samsung.

ok i have a Huawei P9 that u repaired and now its not working and cell C are passing the buck saying that my p9 was repaired by an unauthorised repair centre. job number PHNW007622

Can i get clarity. if i have a device that is purchased via a contract with Cell C eg. a Samsung S8 and it is still new , i take it for repairs at WEFIX . will my warranty by void if i take it for repairs by WEFIX ?

For a Samsung device your warranty will remain intact since we are authorised for repairs on Samsung devices.
