Canal Walk phones never get answered

A few weeks back my PA tried to call for 2 hours on and off and got no joy. I gave up on my query. Today I tried again for another 15 minutes. Eventually was put through to Nazreem at head office who apologised and said she would get them to call me. Guess what? No call. How can you do business if people can't call you? Unbelievable!
