Breaking the PHONE

I had a bad experience with We Fix waterfront not once but twice. took my iphone to replace my battery on Thursday 13 April 2017. When I left with my phone after the repairs I realised that the phone battery was loose and that my screen was freezing and the phone was controlling itself without me touching it. Could go back as it was already late ans unfortunately it was the easter weekend. Took it back yesterday after work (18.04.17) to report the problem to them as I couldnt use the phone over the weekend due to the screen problem. I reported what was wrong with the and an thought I was going to get the help needed, instead they tightened the battery and was told that i had to pay an R820.00 to fix the screen as it was damaged. Bare in mind nothing wrong with the screen not cracked or anything and was working perfectly before I took the phone for the repairs. Tried to explain this to the assistance there that my phone was fine only the battery needed replacement a battery which they changed only a year ago together with my screen so HOW COME when they were replacing the battery they failed to inform me that the screen was also damaged as they never failed to do so last yerar when they were changing the screen? coz they told me then that they wont be able to fix the screen without replacing the battery as it needed chnaging and I AGREED that they change it and it lasted for only a year! had to keep it in the charger. now they messed up with my screen/touch pad and instead of looking into that they request payment! they seem to be messing up with one or the other everytime I take my phone to them. Its unfoturnate cos now Iphone told me that I should not have taken my phone repairs as they would have just replaced the phone as no one can or has that right to fix damaged iphones.

All I want is for them to fix my touch pad coz now am stuck with a non working phone which only needed battery changing and was working perfectly before with the so called damaged screen!
